The 2nd City Council (2cc) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit art gallery + performance space.
We are dedicated to:
Actively promoting California artists, their art and art education.
Providing opportunities for artists and supporting activities which contribute to their continued creativity and development.
Fostering a sense of community by having free public exhibitions and special events that increase awareness, stimulate respectful
yet authentic dialog, encourage exploration and aid in the understanding of communities and the issues that impact and interest
them.
Providing art education workshops to teenagers living in group Foster Care homes and exhibiting their art in the gallery.
Supporting other community groups and events.
